Senior Business Analyst Job Description

We seek an accomplished business professional to drive growth in our IAM practice.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop functional solutions that meet those requirements.
  2. Lead business requirements gathering sessions, conduct interviews, and facilitate workshops to elicit and document business needs.
  3. Analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Work as part of a team to deliver large and complex IAM implementations across various project delivery methodologies.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with client project team resources, third parties, and vendors to enhance the relationship and deliver value to clients.
