Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our employment services team as an Inclusive Employment Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in employment services, leadership experience, and excellent local employer relationships.

This is a unique opportunity to build and develop a team, shape a culture of excellence, and drive innovative solutions to support individuals with mental health conditions and their families.

The role will involve leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of Employment Consultants, delivering high-quality person-centred services, and building strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities.

About the RoleKey Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Employment Consultants, modelling best practice through the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
  • Deliver high-quality services that reflect our values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities.
  • Develop referral pathways through connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
  • Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
  • Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
  • Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
  • Current driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Ability to obtain required clearances.
