The role is a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and Bloomberg products. Following training, you will apply your knowledge by assisting clients in the analytics department.

In this position, you will provide 24/7 support for Bloomberg Professional Service users across multiple industries. You will respond to queries from clients all over the world using our Helpdesk and 'Instant Bloomberg' chat system.

Bloomberg is constantly innovating, and analytics plays a key role in ensuring clients are educated on new products and enhancements. We work closely with sales to deliver strategic initiatives, supporting product roll-out and onboarding clients.

You will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge and enter our sales department. In Sales, we are the face of Bloomberg for our clients. We manage client relationships, strive to grow revenue by identifying new business opportunities, and present solutions across our range of enterprise offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete comprehensive Analytics & Sales training program covering financial markets: industry principles, market players, and asset classes.
  • Join an Analytics team, delivering exceptional customer support to clients by providing fast and accurate solutions to their queries.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in financial markets and aspiration to work in financial services industry.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Ambition for a client-facing career with focus on relationship management and sales.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Legal authorization to work full-time in Australia without visa sponsorship.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work weekends or bank holidays.
