Cloud Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Analytics Specialist to nurture client relationships and promote data analytics solutions.

  • Nurture client relationships by understanding their business objectives, data challenges, and needs to identify opportunities for our solutions.
  • Ensure timely license renewals and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Act as the main contact for support and project inquiries, communicate needs to technical teams, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts for implementation, training, consulting, and licensing.

This role combines client management, technical knowledge, and business development. As a Cloud Analytics Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide expert advice on cloud-based data analytics solutions.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within data analytics, SaaS, or technology industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Knowledge
  • Understanding of Data Analytics methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with the MarTech landscape and marketing data sources.
