Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling work, and maintaining strong interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, excellent time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously or in a team.

In this role, you will act as the primary contact between customers and the service department, ensuring that all repair and maintenance work is completed efficiently and effectively. You will be confident and responsible for scheduling work from the service counter to the workshop while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist customers with their queries and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance work, ensuring that it is completed on time and to the required standard.
Requirements
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously or in a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to software programs.
