Technical Education Specialist

This role is responsible for developing and implementing technical training programs and tools to drive awareness and sell-through of key performance products.

The Technical Education Specialist will focus on driving education and awareness among retail team members, sales teams, and commercial marketing teams to support key initiatives.

Key responsibilities include developing engaging technical training programs and tools, identifying opportunities to connect with health professionals, establishing a health professional purchase program, and supporting sports marketing with educating club medical staff and podiatrists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical training programs and tools to educate retail team members about product features and benefits.
  • Align with Commercial Marketing on key campaign timings to ensure staff are educated and aware of product offerings.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams on opportunities to incentivize and engage key stores or team members.
  • Identify opportunities to connect the brand with key Health Professional bodies and establish relationships.
  • Establish a Health Professional purchase program to encourage product testing and trial.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as education or marketing.
  • 2-3 years clinical or educational experience with a strong understanding of health sciences.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to present to large groups.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, self-confident, and organized with excellent time management skills.
