Inventory Management Specialist

Grinders Coffee is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to join our Supply Chain Team in Fairfield, Victoria.

  • Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping and optimal stock turnover to meet demand while minimizing cost and waste.
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain efficient supply chain operations and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Track and manage finished goods, packaging, and raw materials across the National Distribution network.
  • Ensure inventory systems are maintained and accurately reflect physical inventory.
  • Communicate any supply risks, such as out-of-stocks and excess stock situations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience managing inventory, preferably within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic workplace.
  • Understanding of material requirements planning (MRP) and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
  • Ability to problem-solve with a high attention to detail.
  • Business Systems Aptitude - Planning (SAP APO), SAP ECC).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
