About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to provide interventions, assessments, parent training, school support, and therapeutic intervention. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities- Provide ongoing intervention and clinical/diagnostic assessment to individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with clients, families, and schools to ensure comprehensive support
- Participate in peer supervision groups and clinical training sessions to enhance professional growth
