This is a challenging and rewarding position for an experienced individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our store in North Wollongong.

The Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees, promoting a positive work culture, and fostering open communication. You will be involved in various aspects of our operation, including customer sales, service, administrative support, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and store performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer service, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • A high level of attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for delivering customer service excellence.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a forklift license (if not already held).
