We are seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to lead our 13 locations across Australia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the park, managing a team of staff, and striving to reach business goals. They will also be required to provide exceptional customer service, sales skills, and public relations, as well as have knowledge of RMS9+ or similar booking software.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of staff
  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales skills
  • Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues
  • Maintenance of landscaping, property, and facilities
  • Minor construction and maintenance of park buildings, cabins, and caravans
  • Assisting with budget development and equipment maintenance

A competitive annual salary is available based on previous experience and suitability to the role, along with performance-based incentives for meeting specific KPI requirements. The successful applicant will also be eligible for onsite residence and a remuneration package including rental and utility fees.

This role requires individuals who possess a range of practical skills suitable to a caravan park environment and have previous experience in an accommodation management role.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks
  • Monitoring and maintaining facilities and services
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
