The Tasmania Government is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join the Rehabilitation Service Unit at the Mersey Community Hospital.
The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager and other senior staff to ensure the efficient and effective provision of care based on best practice principles within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Nurse Unit Manager with the planning and management of staff and resources.
- Provide operational leadership through the coordination of day-to-day patient care activities, including patient flow.
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
- Holds, or is working towards, relevant postgraduate qualifications.
- A permanent, part-time, shift-worker position working 28 hours per fortnight.
- A salary range of $103,466 - $109,165 pro rata, per annum.
- Access to the Grade 4 salary range $96,558 - $102,908 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4.
- Eligibility for a Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type.
