Operations Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Operations Team Member to join our customer-facing team.

  • This role is integral to delivering store operations activities in support of a sales-focused culture and profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Cash handling and banking integrity
  • Tendering transactions
  • Systems access and data integrity
  • Store web sales and extended warranty claims
  • Telephone management and enquiries
  • Marketing and promotional activity
  • Inventory management and controllable expenses
  • Sales channel fulfillment
  • Customer service and complaint resolution
  • Quality merchandising and in-store marketing
  • Continuous improvement of sales skills and product knowledge
