Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Site Supervisor. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety of our wind farm sites and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain wind turbine performance while prioritizing site safety and efficiency
  • Achieve and exceed performance targets through effective leadership and direction
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Foster a productive team environment and collaborate with internal teams to drive success

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational background in electrical or mechanical trade, preferably with a focus on renewable energy
  • Cert IV in Project Management or HSE discipline, demonstrating a commitment to safe working practices
  • Managing Safely certificate/diploma, indicating expertise in risk management

Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and service-specific software, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Decision-making skills and a focus on continual system improvement, driving innovation and excellence
