Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Sourcing Specialist to support our product and fulfillment management process. The ideal candidate will have experience in detailed-oriented data handling and general administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account management of smaller-sized 3rd party fulfillers (e-commerce product fulfillers)
  • Build and maintain close partnerships with self-service 3PFs, supporting them on questions about self-service tools (for NPI, site, pricing, etc.)
  • Support strategy PPAG assortment sourcing by collaborating on NPI ideation, prioritization, and quality review
  • Act as the single point of contact for PPAG Team & CARE agents regarding products and product information to enhance sales (like filter data, etc.)
  • Maintain and update companion product lists
  • end customer sample order processes
  • Review product setup on Vista sites regularly to ensure accurate product data is shown (e.g., missing images, out-of-stock if in stock, correct regional sizing, etc.), reducing order rejections based on incorrect information from X - Y
  • Work with internal Vista teams and fulfillers to prioritize and solve escalations
  • Maintain documentation of 3PF relationship management by driving the use of a tool to easily document all ongoing discussions, meetings, notes with 3PFs
  • Partner with teammates to create scale and drive efficiency, both regionally and cross-regionally, to align on working methods
