Job Title: Casual Merchandiser

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of a casual merchandiser. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing tasks and building strong relationships with store managers.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about retail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To execute merchandising tasks within allocated territories, including product management, display building, and negotiating off-location opportunities.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing sales potential.
  • To communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing accurate reporting and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A current state driver's license and reliable roadworthy vehicle.
  • Full Australian working rights and be over the age of 18.
  • Be physically fit, with the ability to lift and carry stock up to 16kgs.
