Transforming Small Businesses with Compelling Storytelling

We're looking for a Senior Art Director to join our in-house creative team. As a storyteller, you'll dive deep into the lives of small business owners, uncovering their 'aha' moments and crafting messages that resonate.

You'll work closely with your copywriting counterpart to turn real insights into unforgettable ideas, from high-impact global campaigns to cleverly crafted social content. Your goal is to bring clarity, charm, and connection to every touchpoint, making a real impact on our clients' businesses.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create stunning visuals that capture the essence of our brand and message
  • Develop concept decks and confidently sell your vision to stakeholders
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance your efficiency and push the boundaries of what's possible
  • Mentor junior team members and inspire them to produce world-class work
  • Lead by example, encouraging collaboration and creativity within the team

About You

  • 7+ years' agency experience in art direction or a related field
  • Excellent conceptual and art direction skills, with the ability to craft outcomes to a high standard
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with others
  • Experience with AI tools and comfort using them for various aspects of the creative process
  • Able to work within an existing brand platform and know when to push beyond its limits
  • Experience across the entire creative process, from briefing to execution
