Lead Creative Vision

We're partnering with a leading retailer to build an in-house agency, and we need a seasoned Design Lead to set the creative standard.

This role requires a confident leader who can define visual identity across campaign, content, and retail work. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency as the function scales.

To succeed, you'll have:

  • Proven experience in senior design or art direction roles, ideally in-house or at a creative agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel work across retail, digital, content, and campaign formats.
  • Effective leadership skills and the ability to grow and mentor other designers.
  • A deep understanding of brand identity, campaign storytelling, and design systems.
