Emergency Response Specialist


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Response Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and auto-electrician expertise, with excellent diagnostic skills to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional roadside assistance to members, ensuring their safety and positive experience.
  • Apply mechanical and auto-electrician expertise to resolve technical issues on the road.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A strong focus on safety in all aspects of work.
  • Trade-qualified mechanic or auto-electrician qualifications.
  • A current C-Class Driver's License.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, with a focus on quality interactions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent driving history with the ability to provide a 5-year traffic history report.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen, and criminal record check.
