Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and ensure a top-notch store appearance and seamless operations.
  • Develop strategies to boost foot traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff alongside the Store Manager, fostering a positive and high-energy environment.
  • Manage and support the launch of new store projects.
  • Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, and prepare regular reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role in retail.
  • A strong track record of hitting sales targets and driving store performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Passion for outdoor sports and understanding of the Salomon brand and products.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
