About the Role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's logistics and administration functions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable transport business with over 40 years of experience servicing remote communities in the Northern Territory.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics and administration, with experience in data entry, consignments, document control, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking deliveries, liaising with drivers, accurately completing consignments, and assisting with quotes.
  • Data Entry, Consignments, document control, and general administrative duties.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Confident answering and speaking on the phone.
  • Experience with Transfocus is beneficial.
  • Strong Communication skills.

Our client is a transport business that specialises in servicing remote communities in the Northern Territory. They offer a Monday to Friday role with flexible working hours on offer.
