Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

This role involves coordinating and overseeing various aspects of facilities maintenance and operations.

  • Undertake routine maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are safe and presentable.
  • Coordinate and monitor contractors for minor works and compliance checks.
  • Support safety and compliance activities, including visual inspections and incident response.
  • Assist with fleet oversight and maintain accurate records for keys, security access, and contractor activities.
","Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in a facilities, trades, or campus operations role.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating contractors and resolving maintenance issues.
  • A relevant trade qualification or certificate in facilities management, building maintenance, WHS, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with digital facilities systems such as asset management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.

  • Current Victorian Driver Licence and ability to travel between campuses.
  • Working with Children Check or ability to obtain.
  • National Police Check within the last 12 months.
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card) or willingness to obtain.
