About the Role:
Opal HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Narrandera Homestead Care Community. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical responsibilities, developing and mentoring a team of clinicians, and working alongside a supportive General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical governance and leadership strategies to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Lead and mentor a team of clinicians to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and services, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with a focus on aged care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
