Care Manager Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical responsibilities and develop a team of clinicians
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve clinical excellence
  • Embed clinical governance and leadership within the community
  • Contribute to the physical, social, and emotional wellbeing of residents, families, and team members
  • Promote continuous clinical improvement and excellence in care
  • Actively monitor the delivery of Aged Care Standards

Requirements:
