Position Overview:
We are seeking a Service Technician (ATMs) to join our consulting team in New South Wales. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients with their IT-related inquiries.

The Service Technician (ATMs) should be proactive and eager to learn, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to uphold the high standards of customer service expected on-site. Experience working independently at client locations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for infrastructure and services, including hardware and physical devices.
  • Diagnose issues and escalate them to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Maintain physical infrastructure, including ATMs and POS systems.
  • Assist with customer device and application configurations.
  • Collaborate with customers and staff to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT, hardware, or a background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Must have at least 2 years of full work rights in Australia.
  • Ability to troubleshoot effectively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
