- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure fragrances are readily available.
- Team Development: Motivate and support the store team, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
- Passionate about Fragrances: Have a genuine interest in candles and scents.
- Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is beneficial.
- Leadership Skills: Possess the ability to inspire and encourage others to excel.
- Flexibility: Be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and special events.
