GR Engineering Services Limited is a leading engineering consulting and contracting organisation providing high-quality process engineering design and construction services to the resources and mineral processing industry.

We currently have multiple projects on the go and are actively looking for talent across all areas of our business.

The Opportunity

Join our Head Office team in Perth, WA, to work on significant projects designing and drafting structural fixed plant drawings for process plant design.

  • Produce drawings (hard copy and electronic CAD files) in accordance with client specification, GRES standards, specifications, and procedures.
  • Design and draft structures for constructability, manufacture, and suitability/availability of materials and vendor information.
  • Communicate clear and concise information through drawings to engineers.
  • Liaise with project personnel to ensure design coordination of multi-disciplined activities.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Structural Design with a minimum of 10 years' experience.
  • Experience in process plant structural design and materials handling.
  • Strong knowledge of drafting techniques, skills, codes, and standards, relevant by-laws, and standard industry practices.
  • Knowledge of current design and detail drafting principles.
  • Experience using TEKLA.
  • Australian working rights and relevant Australian experience.
