Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Legal Project Management (LPM) team as a Legal Project Consultant. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in the management and delivery of legal projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners, lawyers, clients, and external service providers. You will also possess strong project management skills, with the ability to strategize, plan, budget, resource, action, and performance monitor complex legal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consulting and advising on legal projects
  • Managing relationships with partners, lawyers, clients, and external service providers
  • Assisting legal project managers in the full spectrum of legal project lifecycle
  • Developing best practice standards and implementing technology solutions to improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Creating content for LPM training programs

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to have:

  • A degree qualification (preferably a law degree) and/or project management qualifications in the legal industry
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in either litigation or corporate law, managing large/complex cases, or non-lawyer with specific LPM experience
  • Engaged in process improvements and tech-savvy
  • Stand-out communication, people/relationship skills, strategic, and commercial thinker
  • Super organized, deadline-driven, and able to deliver under pressure/tight time frames
