We are seeking a skilled and experienced Specialty Coffee Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our cafe, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee experiences in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Prepare high-quality specialty coffees and cold drinks using your passion for crafting exceptional coffee experiences.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with ease.
  • Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a barista in a similar setting.
  • A strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art techniques.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating a positive customer experience.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A commitment to consistency and quality in every cup.
