Estimated salary: $73,500 - $83,400 per annum (depending on experience), plus 9.5% superannuation.

**Job Description:**

**General Administrative Duties:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Court Registry Support Specialist to join our team in Hobart. Key responsibilities include:

  • Complying with senior officer directions in the Court Registries
  • Entering, retrieving, and searching information from case management systems
  • Vetting and issuing documentation lodged in the Court Registries
  • Responding to general counter and telephone inquiries
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Archiving records
  • Assisting the listing clerk with court diaries

**Team Collaboration:**

You will contribute to achieving team objectives by working collaboratively in a small multi-skilled team. The successful candidate can expect to be allocated duties beyond those mentioned here, which are within the capacity, qualifications, and experience expected for this role.

**Pre-Employment Checks:**
