Early Childhood Educator Role

This is a key position in our early childhood education organization. We are seeking an experienced educator to provide exceptional care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality curricula that align with organizational philosophy, regulations, and standards.
  • Contribute to the planning cycle and review process, documenting individual and group learning and development.
  • Establish a positive, inclusive, and safe environment that responds to children's strengths, interests, and needs.
  • Engage in critical reflection and utilize learning frameworks to enhance children's educational experiences.
  • Support children's well-being, individual needs, and comfort in daily routines.
  • Maintain optimal educator-to-child ratios and qualifications.
  • Utilize available resources to ensure quality maintenance.
  • Prioritize the duty of care to children and their families.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A vibrant personality coupled with creativity and passion for early childhood education.
  • Collaborative team player dedicated to understanding and respecting children's individuality and developmental stages.
