Food Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Technologist to join our team at Miller Leith Melbourne. As a key member of our Quality & Technical department, you will play a crucial role in scaling up and developing new products, improving product simplification and raw material rationalisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new product recipes and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improvement
- Conduct product trials and testing to ensure quality and safety standards
- Provide technical expertise and support to production teams
- Degree qualified in Food Science or Technology
- Direct experience working in a food-manufacturing environment, preferably in sauces
- Possess a real passion and enthusiasm for learning, food manufacturing and process improvement
- Come with at least 5 years' experience working as a part of an NPD team within a medium sized organisation
