We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis Expert to work on major client projects in Australia. This is a full-time role for someone passionate about creating an impact and harnessing technology's transformative power.

Pipeline Builder | Strategic Sourcing

The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams. They will ensure technical excellence by developing business requirements, designing processes, and supporting project delivery with minimal disruption to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicitation of business requirements and stakeholder management
  • Application of Domain-driven design (DDD) principles and approach
  • Conduct event storming and big picture methodology for microservices
  • Development of ubiquitous language, bounded context, and context maps
  • Utilization of Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and modelling techniques
  • Leverage domain knowledge in Banking, Insurance, and Telecom with hands-on experience
  • Collaboration using Agile methodologies and tools (Confluence, JIRA, TFS, MS DevOps)
  • Performance of manual, automation, and UAT testing
  • Experience in the auction business model with retail and financial products/services
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and knowledge of MS Dynamics
  • Mentorship of end users on application functionalities
  • Expertise in program and project management
  • Hands-on experience in UX design
  • Solid knowledge of DBMS and SQL queries
  • Design and implementation of enterprise systems using DDD, FDD, and SOA
  • Capture of requirements and preparation of BRD, FRS, use case diagrams, and process flows
  • Requirement elicitation for web, desktop, and mobile applications
  • Identification and management of project risks and impacts
  • Knowledge of Dual-track Agile Helix and P3 framework for product engineering
  • Delivery of business solution design documentation and ensure design principle traceability
  • Collaboration with product teams to prioritize and shape product backlogs
  • Conduct UAT with cross-functional teams
  • Provision of subject matter expertise and incremental value delivery
  • Analysis of data and visualization of business-relevant conclusions
  • Development of UI designs for web, mobile, and desktop applications
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with developers
  • Generation and maintenance of process documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
