Customer Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking


About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our customers, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.

You will work closely with our relationship managers to understand customer requirements, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships by understanding their business and financial needs.
  • Develop and implement customer-focused strategies to increase revenue and growth.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and services.
