**Job Role Overview**

TOMRA's pioneering Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) installations and bulk processing equipment require regular maintenance and repair to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction. This is a highly autonomous position that would suit someone who enjoys working independently.

This role involves servicing and maintaining installed equipment, reporting on service assignments and faults, installing kiosks and bulk processing equipment at new sites, providing excellent customer service to partners and members of the public, analysing areas of potential improvement, and undertaking cleaning of equipment.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III level qualification in a trade (Electrical or Mechanical) or proven experience directly related to the work carried out.
  • Previous experience interacting face-to-face with customers on site.
  • Strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities, especially in relation to mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
  • Experience in troubleshooting electronic equipment and replacing circuit boards, sensors, and other electronic components.
  • Unrestricted driver's license and willingness to submit a full driving history record.
  • Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends.
