**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Labour Solutions Australia. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays and maintaining a high level of product presentation in major supermarket chains.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement effective in-store displays to showcase our product range
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed
  • Collaborate with store managers to achieve sales goals and improve customer experience
  • Perform stock checks and report any discrepancies to management
  • Provide exceptional customer service to store managers and area managers

**Requirements:**

  • Own reliable vehicle is essential for travel between stores
  • Ability to work early mornings (6am) and flexible hours
  • Previous retail or merchandising experience is an advantage, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Well-presented and creative individual with a flair for visual merchandising
  • Reliable and physically fit with the ability to work independently
