Position Overview

Labour Solutions Australia is seeking a dedicated and dependable Visual Merchandiser to enhance product presentation and customer engagement. This role is essential for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our merchandise in various retail environments.

The ideal candidate will possess reliable transportation and will receive a travel allowance in addition to their salary. The working schedule consists of 3 to 5 days per week, with shifts lasting up to 6 hours each day, starting around 7am.

The responsibilities include servicing designated areas and performing the following tasks:

  • Organizing and showcasing the product range within major retail outlets.
  • Developing attractive point-of-sale displays while ensuring products are adequately stocked.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and collaborating with store management.
  • Transporting merchandise from the loading area to the sales floor, including unpacking and arranging items (lifting up to 12kgs).
  • Maintaining cleanliness in display areas and assessing product quality.
  • Providing excellent customer service to store and area managers.

This role offers comprehensive training, and we are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Possession of a reliable vehicle is mandatory.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 6am.
  • Previous experience in retail or merchandising is beneficial but not required.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with effective communication abilities.
  • Well-groomed appearance with a creative flair.
  • Dependable and physically capable of working independently.
