Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and organized Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods across our refinery site.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently, with minimal disruptions or delays.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing warehouse teams and improving operational efficiency. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Safety Focus: Ensuring a safe working environment for all warehouse staff, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, tracking inventory movements, and ensuring that all stock is properly stored and secured.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinating the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all deliveries are processed on time and in full.
  • Fleet Management: Managing the use of company vehicles, ensuring that they are properly maintained and fueled.
About You:

We are looking for an individual who possesses:

  • A strong background in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse management role, preferably with a similar company.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • A detailed knowledge of health and safety procedures, including the implementation of risk assessments and control measures.
