Warehouse Officer – Yilgarn Iron Hub Restart
TS Staffing are delighted to be partnering with Yilgarn Iron in the restart of the Yilgarn Iron Ore Hub, focusing on the development of key assets within the Yilgarn region.

Yilgarn Iron is focused on the growth and efficient operation of its assets within the Yilgarn Hub, positioning itself for future expansion.
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated
Warehouse Officer
to join the team at Yilgarn Iron. This role will support the day-to-day warehouse operations on site, ensuring accurate inventory movement, timely dispatch of goods, and compliance with company procedures. The Warehouse Officer will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and other operational teams to ensure the smooth delivery of materials and consumables to support mining activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out day-to-day warehousing activities including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching of materials and consumables.
Accurately record and maintain inventory movements in Pronto ERP, ensuring data integrity.
Assist in managing stock levels, reordering, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
Conduct regular cycle counts and support full stocktakes to reconcile inventory.
Ensure all goods are handled, stored, and issued in line with company procedures and safety standards.
Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups with transport providers and site personnel.
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, reporting any hazards or incidents.
Provide support to the Warehouse Supervisor with procurement and inventory control tasks as required.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse, inventory, or materials handling role within a mining or heavy industrial environment.
Proven experience with
Pronto ERP
for inventory transactions.
Solid understanding of inventory control, stock movement, and warehousing procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow established processes.
Current C-Class driver's licence (HR/High Risk licences advantageous).
