About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Mercure Perth Hotel. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for leading the housekeeping team and ensuring that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the housekeeping team and ensure that all housekeeping tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Work closely with the Head Housekeeper to develop and implement housekeeping strategies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all hotel areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Coordinate with reception and reservations to ensure that day-to-day operational requirements are met
  • Develop and implement training programs for housekeeping staff to improve their skills and knowledge
