The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Description

As a Senior Rehabilitation Team Lead at IPAR, you will play a crucial role in driving success across our Brisbane and Toowoomba branches. Your primary responsibilities will include leading a team of rehabilitation consultants to deliver high-quality customer service, identifying and implementing operational improvements, developing business growth opportunities, and recruiting, training, and supervising new team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing. Full Professional Registration with relevant governing bodies is also essential. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar leadership role or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others' performance.
