Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Rehabilitation Nurse Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership to our withdrawal service, overseeing the development and delivery of a comprehensive treatment and recovery program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day clinical oversight of withdrawal management and client wellbeing using a data-driven, client outcomes-focused approach.
  • Facilitate and monitor the integration and coordination of residents' treatment and recovery processes.
  • Actively participate in the clinical review of individual/group treatment plans in collaboration with relevant teams and external service providers.
  • Lead and guide nursing staff, setting priorities, monitoring work outcomes, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals and processes.
  • Support the clinical development of the team and provide guidance on professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • A minimum of five years' experience working in a withdrawal, AODS, residential rehabilitation, or related service delivery setting.
  • Contemporary knowledge and application of evidence-based individual and group interventions and clinical practice in drug and alcohol treatment and recovery processes.
