Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance and payroll functions, provide strategic advice, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth through effective financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and debt collection functions.
  • Manage end-of-month and end-of-year reconciliations and reporting.
  • Assist with the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with ATO, ASIC, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Implement process improvements and internal controls.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • A strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and payroll requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and analytical capability.
  • Experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
