Lead a Regional Team for Collaborative Family Decision Making

The successful applicant will lead the CFDM program in the region to deliver quality collaborative family decision making consistent with legislation and practice guidelines.

This involves managing a regional team of convenors, including supervision, professional development, and contract management.

Fostering a culture of service delivery, cooperation, and high-quality people management is also an essential part of this role.

Supporting improvements to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander family decision making and support will be another key responsibility.

The successful applicant will provide authoritative advice and continuous improvement of the CFDM program.

Delegations: Delegations as per the department's Financial and Human Resources Schedules. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
