Disability Support Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Disability Support Worker to join our organization. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide in-home personal care and domestic assistance for individuals with disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist daily personal activities to enable individuals with disabilities to live as autonomously as possible.
  • Provide social support and actively listen to clients.
  • Perform occasional personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with meal preparation, shopping, and transportation to appointments.
  • Support clients in building independence and personal control.

Requirements:

  • Cert III in Disability/Individual Care qualification.
  • Current DHS NDIS Clearance and Working With Children Clearance.
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR.
  • Manual Handling Certificate.
