About the Opportunity

A newly created leadership role, this position involves establishing and managing a Trade Services capability within a commercial property firm based in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage a high-performing team of trades specialists, ensuring their training, development, and performance.
  • Take full financial responsibility for the Trade Services division, driving revenue growth, managing costs, and optimizing profitability.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the built environment industry.
  • Identify business opportunities, pursue new contracts, and strategically expand the Trade Services offering.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building and managing teams of trades specialists within the built environment sector.
  • Trade qualifications in a relevant field (electrical, fire, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, etc.).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to take full financial responsibility.
  • An established network within the built environment industry.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for developing new revenue streams and service capabilities.
