Customer Service Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.


As a Customer Service Officer, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing support to customers and colleagues alike. You will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism, communicate effectively, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. You will also need to be confident in your ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and other relevant information.
  • Work collaboratively: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, share knowledge, and support each other in times of need.

Requirements
  • Customer service experience: A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
