About the Role

Bolton Clarke is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the condition and appearance of our facilities are of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance to ensure the facilities are safe and functional
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance of the building and its environment
  • Provide high-level customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Manage budgets and ensure compliance with legislative standards
Requirements
  • Knowledge of maintenance procedures and commercial and domestic construction practices
  • Experience in contractor management and budgeting
  • Knowledge and application of relevant legislation requirements, codes, and standards
  • Understanding of and empathy towards aged persons and their aged care living requirements
  • Relevant Certificate IV qualification and/or significant relevant experience
  • Valid working rights and open manual driver's license (Class C)
