Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Craft Beer Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and passion for great craft beer.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two shifts are ever the same. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge of craft beer, working closely with your colleagues to ensure every shift is a success.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will possess a genuine interest in good beer and sharing it with others. They will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Experience working in a bar is useful but not necessary – we will teach you the ropes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote our craft beers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Develop knowledge and skills of craft beer through training and experience
