About Our Craft Beer Team
As a leading craft beer company, we strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience through our bars. Our team is passionate about sharing our knowledge of great craft beer with customers.
Our bars offer a unique and rewarding work environment, with a 10% profit share, staff discount, and additional pay for each beer exam passed. We also provide training in the internationally-recognised Cicerone qualifications and offer a range of benefits, including pawternity leave and a staffy crew beer at the end of every shift.
As a member of our bar and floor crew, you will be instrumental in delivering amazing craft beer to our customers. You will work closely with your colleagues to achieve the best possible service on the bar and floor, led by an experienced management team and alongside a crew of passionate and confident individuals.
**About Your Skills**
You should have an interest in good beer and enjoy putting it into the hands of others. Knowledge around craft beer is beneficial, but not essential, as we can teach you all about it. You must be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and working collaboratively with your teammates to achieve this goal.
