Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
">The role of a Technical Support Specialist involves providing technical assistance to clients via phone and email. As the first point of contact for clients with technical issues, you will identify problems, troubleshoot and resolve them efficiently and effectively.
">About the Role:
">- Responding to requests for IT support in an efficient and effective manner.
- Installing, upgrading, and repairing computer hardware, software, printers.
- Monitoring, identifying, and resolving network and hardware faults.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Providing technical support to clients via phone and email.
- Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Previous experience in a Phone Based Level 1-2 IT Support Role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 support, deployment, and administration.
- Experience in ticketing systems is ideal.
- Computer hardware knowledge and excellent documentation skills.
- Knowledge of current Microsoft Desktop, Server, and Office platforms.
- A current Australian driver's license.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
